VDEh-Betriebsforschungsinstitut ( BFI)

The VDEh-Betriebsforschungsinstitut GmbH was founded in 1968 to reinforce application-oriented joint research. It is today an important link between pure fundamental research and industrial use. Its joint and contractual research, and engineering services, serve production, energy and process technologies in the steel industry.
